Are your products official or licensed?
Yes — everything we sell is officially licensed. No knock‑offs, no bootlegs, no dodgy prints.
What sizes do your T‑shirts come in?
We currently offer S, M, L, XL and XXL. If we’re missing your size, feel free to reach out. To find your perfect fit, check our size guide.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently ship within the UK only.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch orders within 3 working days. Royal Mail usually delivers within a week. If your order hasn’t arrived after 7 days, let us know and we’ll investigate. More details are in our Shipping Policy.
Can I collect my order from your store?
Yes, we offer a Pickup from Store option. Click for your free collection, come in and say hello and explore the Iconz universe in person.
What’s your returns policy?
We accept returns for any reason within 28 days of purchase. Please email us first so we know to expect your parcel. Full details are in our Returns Policy.
Do you restock sold‑out items?
We restock fan favourites whenever possible. If we decide to discontinue an item, we remove it from the site completely.
Are the colours and prints exactly like the photos?
We try to keep our photos as true to life as possible, but lighting and screens can make colours appear slightly different. Rest assured — the products are exactly as advertised.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. These can be found in our shop section.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we can cancel or amend it. Once it’s shipped, you’ll need to follow our returns process and cover return postage.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, plus Google Pay and PayPal.
Do you offer student / NHS / military discount?
Not currently.
Do you have a physical store I can visit?
Yes — we’re on Market Street in Newton‑le‑Willows. If you’re travelling from out of town, feel free to contact us first to make sure we’re open.
Can I return online orders in‑store?
Yes. Bring your ID, order number, and proof of purchase. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Are your products suitable as gifts?
Do Ewoks shi— nevermind. Yes. Absolutely. And we’re confident they’ll love it.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
If something arrives damaged or faulty, contact us straight away with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll sort it for you as quickly as possible.
