We want you to love your order from Iconz. If for any reason you don’t — including a simple change of mind — you can return it within 28 days of purchase.

How Returns Work

• Returns are accepted for any reason within 28 days.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with labels and packaging intact.
• Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
• You must contact us before sending anything back so we can log your return and provide the correct return details.
• Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. 

How to Start a Return

Email us at iconz-nlw@outlook.com with:

• Your name
• Order number
• Item(s) you’d like to return
• Reason for return

We’ll reply with the return address and next steps.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different size or design, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order.
